We have many opportunities to serve our community. On the 4th Saturday of every month, we go out into our community to share love through acts of service. We have ADOPT-A-BLOCK, RESTORATION projects, HOMELESS OUTREACH, and SERVE OUR CITY projects. Please see the description of each one in the “How We Serve” section.
Since COVID, we have had to get highly creative with our outreaches. We have continued to serve throughout this entire pandemic.
Opportunities to "Serve Our City" arise throughout the month; check out our Facebook page to see what's available. We have meal kit drives, delivery drivers, yard clean-ups, letter-writing, blessing bags assembly, and more!
Serving others is a family affair! Please bring your child, grandchild, niece, or nephew for a "Volunteer-in-Training" workshop and community service project that will help kickstart their life-long willingness to serve others who are less fortunate. Children and teens are welcomed to participate. Please list their ages on the sign up link so that we are able to include age appropriate serve projects. We are in the process of developing this program, so if you have any ideas or suggestions, please feel free to share them!
As opportunities arise, we include service projects in our 4th Saturday Serve. These vary according to the need. If you have ideas on serving our city.

THEY WILL KNOW we are Christians by our love! We need to be defined by LOVE more than anything else.
Love = Serve to the marginalized. We hear a theme of loving and serving throughout the New Testament and many times an admonition to be sure to take care of the poor, the widow and the orphans among us.
