Pensacola Dream Center has always encouraged family participation; however, it wasn't until National Serve Day in 2021 that we were inspired to start up our Youth Serve Program. Scripture instructs us to "Train up a child in the way he should go and when he is old, he will not depart from it." (Proverbs 22:6). We want our chlldren to grow up having compassion and serving others, so giving them the opportunities to do that while they're young is the best way to instill that passion in them.
We started off with a simple serve project, but have been growing ever since. We are looking for adult volunteers who have an interest in helping to lead and grow our program. If this is you, please reach out to us via email or text.

"Train up a child in the way he should go and when he is old, he will not depart from it."
- PROVERBS 22:6
At least one adult or teen per family is required to be able to participate. If you are serving in another area on 4th Saturday Serve, please let us know in advance and we will have a volunteer babysitter assigned to your children to help them with the activities and to keep an extra eye on them for safety purposes. Please provide your emergency contact information.
IMPORTANT: All adults must complete a VOLUNTEER APPLICATION AND WAIVER the first time serving with Pensacola Dream Center. You may add your children's names on your application. (Download file below, fill it out and either send it via email or bring it in at the beginning of the serve event.)
Teens are eligible to serve in most adult serve areas, with the exception of any activity held at the Alfred-Washburn Center, as they require volunteers to at least be 18 years of age.
We encourage Church Youth Groups and their leader(s) to attend and we welcome suggestions of serve opportunities to be added to our list. Students can use volunteer hours at Pensacola Dream Center towards community service hours for school and scholarships. We recommend the "Mobile Serve" app to help to log hours.
For anyone interested, we are in need of volunteer babysitters to help with Kids' Serve.
IMPORTANT: A parent or guardian must complete a VOLUNTEER APPLICATION AND WAIVER the first time serving with Pensacola Dream Center. (Download file below, fill it out and either send it via email or bring it in at the beginning of the serve event.)
